Every Tuesday, 9-10pm, starting 10th January 2012.

Isleworth Pool, Twickenham, TW7 7EU

Learn or practise capsize drils, rescues, rolling, unstable strokes like skulling or train and play canoe polo. This is your chance to get wet in a safe and warm environment before testing your skills in the autumnal outdoors.

£3 members/£6 non-members.
