After a good deal of discussion, knot practise and panic to get going, all the groups finally worked out one way or another just how to apply the husky principle to boating. Once on the water, supposedly four kayaks were towing an open canoe, with one brave team member standing up in the open holding the ropes. The photo below doesn’t really demonstrate the theoretical shape of the ensemble. Great team work, particularly in the mixed junior/adult teams!
